Washington – Ӱɴý is proud to announce that for the eleventh class of LEAD Ӱɴý, the industry's premier development program for emerging executives in trucking.

LEAD Ӱɴý, sponsored by DriverReach, is a one-year program that includes four mandatory meetings and three optional meetings. Participants also undergo leadership development training and have exclusive opportunities to network with key decision-makers in the trucking industry. By the end of the program, participants develop a vast network of industry peers and a comprehensive understanding of Ӱɴý and the industry it represents.
During their time in the program, participants meet with Ӱɴý executives and trucking policy experts, enhance their public speaking abilities through professional workshops and gain valuable insights into how Ӱɴý works with legislators to create a more efficient and profitable environment for the trucking industry. They also experience Ӱɴý’s governance structure and witness the member-led policy-making process in real time. Additionally, each summer, the LEAD Ӱɴý class visits Capitol Hill to educate Members of Congress on critical trucking issues and highlight the important role their companies play in the community.
